If you have a significant amount of weight to lose and you do some low intensity exercise 2 – 3 times a week, then our Fat Loss menu is the best choice to kick start a lifestyle change and help you shed weight quickly and safely. If you have an upcoming holiday or event and you want to drop a couple of pounds as quickly as possible, then the Fat Loss Plan is also right for you.
Performance Menu >
The evening meal on the Performance plan includes a larger portion of protein than the Fat Loss plan and also includes an element of ‘carbohydrates’ (good paleo carbs like sweet potato and below ground root veggies – no nasty refined carbs like pasta or bread). These additional carbohydrates gives you enough energy to function and exercise intensely with the happy side effect of shedding fat in a safe and sustainable way. You’ll still reap all the health benefits of following a paleo diet whilst enjoying tasty, restaurant quality whole foods.
This is our largest plan. The evening meal includes our largest portion of protein in both the lunches and the evening meals. This Warrior plans also includes 2 snacks a day (as opposed to one snack on the Fat Loss and Performance) and includes an additional fruit pack to keep your energy levels and blood sugars stable. This plan is not for the faint hearted and is ideal for those supplementing a rigours training regime whether that’s training to build muscle or participating in sports. This is the best way to enjoy intaking calories through whole foods with lots of variety (often lacking from standard muscle building diets) and using top quality ingredients. For the hard-core among us, this plan can be supported with quality shakes and protein powder for those who need it.
